I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a student Art Therapist at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute (TATI).
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 17 years teaching art and design at the post-secondary level, where I supported young people as they navigated identity, creativity, and the pressures of contemporary life.
Over time, I saw how deeply many individuals were searching for spaces where they could explore their inner worlds more openly. Art therapy allowed me to bring together my background in creative practice with my commitment to supporting emotional and psychological growth.
I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Media in Design, and creativity continues to be a central part of how I understand healing and self-discovery.
